SALARY: R 1, 100 000 – 1, 300 000 Per Annum (Excluding Performance Bonuses)

Responsible for the formulation and execution of the operational, commercial and growth strategy of the division and the Group. The ideal candidate will be a high energy, inspirational leader with a natural drive to achieve results with excellent presentation and problem solving skills coupled with a passion for innovative solutions.

Minimum Requirements:
•Relevant Business degree or any related field is preferable
•At least 10 year’s experience in a relevant Management position
•A minimum of 5 year’s experience in an Executive role
•General understanding of the facilities management/soft services sectors and/or experience within other customer service industries would be advantageous
•Be a good communicator and have the ability to build and maintain an effective executive team
•Should possess sound commercial and contract negotiation abilities
•Acquisitions experience would be an added advantage
•Must hold strong leadership skills
•Expected to be innovative in researching, developing and promoting new techniques and approaches

Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement the strategy
•Achieve expected financial results of the division including profitability, EBITDA and EBIT targets and working capital targets
•Control and oversee all business operations and resources within the division
•Device plans to stimulate sales growth through existing and new revenue streams (innovation)
•Develop and implement comprehensive business plans and ensure all operations are cost effective
•Responsible for ensuring compliance to company and statutory policies are adhered to
•Client relationship management, retention and quality management
•Responsible for risk and SHEQ management within the division
•Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) and Business Process Integration Culture
•Implement a People Centered agenda and Transformation in the Division
