SALARY: R 75 000 – 95 000 Per Month (Cost to Company)
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Develops and updates annually an operations strategy aligned with the business objectives and business Services.
Assist regions with the preparation of annual budgets and lead the presentation of the operations components to the board.
Ensure that all regions operates within budget, forecasts and achieve financial targets particularly with regards to profitability, free cash and working capital.
Analyse financial and activity reports and initiate remedial action to address any problems evidenced in the report.
Drive cost minimisation and containment projects across the division with particular focus on labour and fuel.
Report on divisional and regional consolidated operational performance to the SLT EXCO and Servest Board.
Assist with the identification and conversion to sales of new business opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
• Relevant graduate education
• Member in good standing with relevant professional bodies.
• 10 years of full cycle business chain.
• Experience on ACCPAC.
• Meet the requirement for a commercially astute, articulate, technically strong, dynamic, insightful and influential leader with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
• Exceptional communication skills at all levels
• Strong IT skills, always being ahead of new technologies
• Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.
